I started this business over 20 yrs ago because I was in yet another position where I had been hired as a Sales Manager, under one pretense, but in actuality things were not what I had been told. I also needed flexibility due to a personal matter in my life and I was desperate for an opportunity to do ANYTHING where I could be honest and feel good about what I was doing for work AND earn a living wage. For most of my life I had worked two and three jobs in order to make it; I dreamt of a career that involved 1 job that I could excel in and Deck Doktor has been that.
It's for this reason that I am grateful for your call and the opportunity to earn your business. I approach each project as if it were my own at my home. I try to find the best possible solution between cost and effectiveness for what you want to accomplish. I listen to what YOU want instead of trying to sell you something or do the job the way I WANT. I never lose sight of the fact that you, the customer, enable me to take care of my family and those working with me.
I've encountered so many companies and individuals throughout my life that lose sight of this simple fact. They've become entitled or have an agenda to make the job easier on themselves or to maximize profits from you...I do not operate that way. I have never, nor will I ever.
