Duvall after. We tore out all of the old wooden decking, replaced and shored up much of the framing and installed Trex composite decking--a light grey floor with a dark grey border. We also cleaned, repaired and stained the 6' privacy fence.
Odell after. This deck is a neighbor to the 1st one. It was Redwood that had extensive rot. We replaced all of the flooring with Trex composite decking and replaced much of the framing. We then installed a custom railing with turned balusters, which were eventually stained, with a composite top and bottom rail.

Dyshart after. We knew that Betty wanted to build this covered deck and have it screened in 2 phases, so we built the deck and left the post's high enough to come back the following year and add the metal roof, screened the deck and added the skirting and guttering.
